Jakarta to Host Tafisa World Games 2016

Jakarta will host the Association for International Sport for All (Tafisa) World Games 2016 on October 6-12. The venues are being prepared by Jakarta Provincial Government and central government.

Jakarta Assistant of Welfare, Fatahillah, said venues locations are at GOR Sunter, GOR Pulogadung, padepokan pencak silat TMII, Jakarta Garden City, JIExpo Kemayoran, up to Taman Impian Jaya Ancol.
“The preparation such as cleanliness and road improvement must be accelerated. Jakarta should be the pioneer for other provinces,” he said, Tuesday (7/19).
Tafisa Becomes a Means to Promote City TourismMoreover, coordination with other instances such as police is also provided. Transportation is also prepared by the management.
“We only back up the facilities. This is central government’s event,” he added.
